DMCA and Copyright

Our Position

We respect intellectual property and expect our readers to do the same. We do not host modified apps, cracked software or pirated content. Our pages are original text and, where we use images, original or properly licensed images. If you believe something on dhappymod.com infringes your copyright, tell us and we will act.

How to Send a DMCA Notice

Send a written notice to our designated contact at [EDIT: DMCA email] or through the contact page using the topic “Copyright / DMCA”. A valid notice should include:

  1. Your name, address, phone number and email.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
  3. The exact URL(s) on our site where the material appears.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What Happens Next

We review notices promptly. If a notice is valid, we remove or disable access to the material and may tell the person who posted it. We keep a record of notices. Where appropriate, we may remove content first and ask questions afterwards.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, the URL that was removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court. We will forward it to the complaining party.

Repeat Infringers

We may terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe copyright.

Misrepresentation

Knowingly submitting a false notice may expose you to liability for damages. If you are unsure whether your work is infringed, consider speaking to a lawyer.
